Process

Website-first challenge highway.

Desktop / laptop → https://ruezals.chat/
  → username → (password / TOTP as needed)
  → OR phone highway: website creates challenge
       → Echo shows pending: Allow / Deny
       → OR scan triangle mark from website
  → website receives grant → chat session on website only

Ani screen ownership

1. Idle / paired — “Waiting for the website.”
2. Pending approve — Allow / Deny for @username.
3. Scan mark — upright Inspector red glass + sonar (main). Landscape red/blue glasses = flip easter egg only.
4. First pair (optional) — bind after website TOTP; say pair, not login.
5. Settings — server URL (dev), unbind. No billing.

Runtime

• Poll challenges/pending every few seconds while paired + heartbeat.
• Stale challenge → remove card; user may Scan mark from website.
• Pair screen only after website TOTP hooked; copy says pair, never Sign in to chat.
• On Allow: toast “Stay on the computer — Echo is not the house.”
