Near term (aligned with Phase 1 window)

• Keep dining hall + rooms stable for a small invited set once the door is member-ready.
• Workshop tools usable without SPA-fallback surprises (API process picks up new routes).
• Continuity / Knowledge remain the write path; wiki stays the readable brain.
• World etiquette on AUP stays linked from House Rules — local manners under house AUP.

Deferred / later articulations

• Workshop Building-table upload / archive / timeline (not in jewelry-box v1 that shipped).
• Broader room polish, media policy tightening, agent UX — placeholder.

Explicit non-goals here

• Mass App Store chat client as the August bar.
• Rebuilding login / TOTP on this wiki project.
• Shop or brand-site work inside chat pages.
