Goals

AskRue™ is the identity door for RUEZALS — password + authenticator gate into the house, one account brain over time.

Primary

• Member-ready website gate at ruezals.chat: username (immutable) + password + TOTP when hooked.
• TOTP is the door — not SMS, not passwordless phone-only chat login.
• Hardened enroll: confirm after first valid code + backup codes on the gate path (soft hinge still open today).
• Operational recovery: Rue-verified Contact Us path; no self-serve password/TOTP reset for members.

Phase 1 window (house calendar)

• End of August 2026 — controlled / invited release, not a mass consumer App Store moment.
• Success metric: invited members can enter, stay, and recover without the door falling open.

Non-goals (this project)

• RUEZALS Echo is optional elsewhere-assurance only — not chat login. (Stop-line: phone companion depth elsewhere.)
• Not a generic social feed, Auth0 white-label screen, or “another Discord skin.”
• After the door opens → RUEZALS chat (stop).

Commercial / trust framing

To fill… capital / partnership asks are house-level (RUEZALS Phase 1), not “AskRue Series A” — expand only if Rue pins numbers.
